Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellation before 15 days earlier to checkin.
- 100% of billing amount retention if cancellation is below 14 days from checkin.
- In case of early checkout, the guest would be charged for transportation cost at actual i.e. picup and drop facility in case if he/she has availed it on package.
- Any delay or cancellation of hotel booking on account of cancellation of flights or any other transport arrangement due to bad weather or other natural cause will be liable for cancellation charges as mentioned above.
- Resort has right to revise/suspend any tariff /package offered at any time and can refund the advance revceived.
- In case of no-show/cancellation without the consent of the hotel/resort reserves right to charge retention to the person/company, making the booking.
